5. To fish in the part of Area 19, the plan of which appears in Schedule CXCIX to the Regulation respecting hunting (chapter C-61.1, r. 12), all fishing licence holders must obtain a right of access pass at the place designated for that purpose. They must also, at the end of each daily fishing period or their stay, report at that place on the fishing activity, declaring their daily catches, if any.
The holders referred to in the first paragraph must comply with the dates and locations specified on the right of access pass.

5.
